Terms & Conditions

Terms for the public website, quotes and partner applications.

Website and estimates

Map routes are estimates from OpenStreetMap data. Fare quotes are server calculations from Admin fare rules. Neither is a promise of a driver until a booking is confirmed on the API.

Accounts

Website session accounts and KarnaRide API accounts may be separate until you sign in on the customer or driver app. Partner applications are reviewed by operations.
